For any 4 cylinder (diesel, turbo diesel, pertrol) owner the 200Tdi will be the upgrade you are looking for. The Defender 200Tdi will be a straight fit but Dicovery 200Tdi engines need some modifications to the exhaust / turbo manifold due to the fact the Discovery Turbo is placed lower at the LH side of the engine.
