Jackall history and product info:
Over 65 years of experience has taught us to use steel components where impact and strength are needed. Cast components are used where strength and rigidity are essential to ensure long life and trouble-free operation.
The patented "Safety Link" pitman mechanism used in the Jackall 8000 is manufactured of a specific steel alloy which is cut and formed into its own unique geometry. The pitman will prevent abuse and misuse of the Jackall.
When used over its rated capacity, the safety link will yield and the load will not be lifted. The Jackall customer can simply replace this safety link to restore the jack to full working condition once again.
The Jackall 8000 series are the only line of jacks approved off road gear by NATO. All Jackall 8000 Jacks are built to the same high standards of quality and strength with the following features:
- lift, hoist, pull or push anything up to 8000 lbs.
- rugged mechanism moves load in a smooth and easy way and is easily raised up to load
- made with an alloy steel beam, which is hot roll-formed for strength
- holes accommodate attachment of clevis pins, chains, bolts, ropes, etc.
- hollow, special high tensile steel handle accepts pipe/bar for additional leverage and locks against beam for convenient storage
- 4" lifting foot and self-adjusting 27.5 sq. inch base, heavily ribbed for strength and load stability.
